Event description:

Sophomores and first-years are invited to the first fall information session regarding the Energy Studies Multidisciplinary Academic Program (MAP).

Energy Studies is designed to provide selected undergraduates with the knowledge and skills needed for advanced studies, leadership, and success in energy-related fields.

In addition to overseeing the academic requirements of the MAP, the Energy Studies program helps to coordinate opportunities for internships on- or off-campus, travel to conferences, and other relevant activities.

Application to the program is normally in the fall term of sophomore year, but first-years interested in learning about Energy Studies are welcome to attend the information session. Students can pick up dinner in the Franklin College Dining Hall and join the session. Other light refreshments will be available.
