Gotoco offers eligible students an opportunity to travel in and explore China—the ‘Middle Kingdom’ (中国). Gotoco provides fully-funded TEFL training and certification, and the chance to immerse onself in local cultures, languages and scenery.
Students are able to hone their teaching and leadership skills on a summer project in China and inspire Chinese students to learn English and develop their soft skills. There’s no fee to take part (or for TEFL) and living costs in China are covered.
Eligible: first-year students, sophomores, and juniors.
The application deadline is not specified, but CIPE lists “May/June.”
