Pandemics, health, well-being, equity, emergencies are some examples of topics that fall under the global health umbrella.
Yale undergraduates typically apply to the Global Health Studies Program in the fall of their sophomore year (and juniors may be considered under certain circumstances). Admitted students become Global Health Scholars, and pursue a course of study with core and elective courses, funded summer research, Program events, and cohort activities.
