How to Find Scholarly Articles with Yale Librarians

Event description: 

All students are invited to this workshop with librarians Maryeva Gonzalez and Kelly Blanchat.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • navigate Quicksearch to find scholarly articles
  • locate Yale’s subscription databases (think: JSTOR and ScienceDirect)
  • use Advanced Search features to improve search results
  • broaden and narrow search results using operators AND, OR, and NOT

Any student who attends at least 3 library workshops this semester will be eligible to receive a Yale Library tote bag.
