Event description: 

All students are invited to the Multidisciplinary Academic Program in Human Rights’  Open House to learn about the program’s academic requirements, advising and mentorship, summer and extracurricular opportunities, and more. Prof. Jim Silk, program administrator, Prof. Hope Metcalf, and current Human Rights scholars will be on hand to answer student questions.

The Multidisciplinary Academic Program in Human Rights offers Yale undergraduates the opportunity to explore human rights from an interdisciplinary perspective. Completed in addition to a major, MAPHR provides students with the analytical and practical skills necessary for human rights study and human rights-related careers.
